Dr. Nhan graduated from PhD program in marine science of Nagasaki University, Japan has strongly passion in marine science, oceanographic, currently is Leader of Marlumina in Vietnam organize deployment projects with collaborative partners. 

Mr. Dien: holds a degree in Marine Aquaculture and Conservation and has over 10 years of experience in the fisheries sector, specializing in environmental monitoring for aquaculture. Responsible for collecting and managing environmental data at farming sites using modern oceanographic instruments (waves, currents, wind, seafloor mapping) and monitoring key water column parameters such as temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and chlorophyll, while also conducting water sampling for physical, chemical, and biological analyses. Ensures data quality through rigorous quality control procedures, combining field experience with a strong marine science background, and is experienced in equipment operation, maintenance, and data processing. Also collaborates with Australis teams to assess the relationship between environmental conditions and fish health, while contributing to field surveys, data analysis, and technical reporting.

Mr. Hien: Marine Science Specialist, responsible for instrumentation, marine data acquisition, and data processing within the MarLumina project. Oversees the preparation, operation, calibration, and maintenance of oceanographic equipment to ensure accurate and reliable data collection during field surveys. Participates in offshore campaigns, conducting water sampling and measuring key environmental parameters such as waves, currents, temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and chlorophyll. Handles the processing and analysis of marine datasets, ensuring data quality control and consistency, while developing data processing workflows and performing coding in RStudio to support automated analysis, visualization, and reporting. Collaborates with technical teams in environmental monitoring and research activities, contributing to project implementation and R&D, and combines field experience with programming skills to support scientific and engineering assessments.

Mr. Nghia: Born into a family deeply connected to the sea, where waves and salty breezes shaped early childhood. At the age of eight, began going offshore with family, and from then on, the ocean became both a livelihood and a lasting passion for exploration. Today, working at sea is not only a technical profession but also a demanding and meaningful journey—one that involves facing harsh conditions while contributing valuable scientific data and supporting sustainable marine management. As part of the Technical & Scientific Team, responsible for vessel operations, survey equipment, and field sampling, requiring precision, adaptability, and strong awareness in dynamic environments. Despite the challenges, this work reflects a strong commitment to exploration, resilience, and a deep respect for the ocean.
